This document governs your use of the tayawin8 platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or placing any wagers. By using tayawin8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Use of tayawin8 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and applies to all Users regardless of nationality or the laws of their country of residence.
The tayawin8 Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access to or use of tayawin8 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of local laws. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing tayawin8 is lawful in their jurisdiction.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (d) you are not accessing tayawin8 on behalf of a minor; and (e) you are not a self-excluded player or otherwise prohibited from gambling by any court order, regulatory decision, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement.
Each User may hold only one Account on tayawin8. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. tayawin8 uses technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Confirmed duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any linked GCash or Maya authentication. tayawin8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify tayawin8 immediately via in-platform live chat if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
tayawin8 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Users before permitting withdrawals. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (such as PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to tayawin8's satisfaction.
tayawin8 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). tayawin8 does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the processing times of the applicable financial institution. tayawin8 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing queues, or network interruptions outside tayawin8's control.
Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). tayawin8 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.
By depositing funds into your tayawin8 Wallet, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. tayawin8 is required to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including those prescribed by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the AMLC as required by law.
An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. tayawin8 may charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 on dormant Account balances after written notice has been provided. Users may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
All Wagers placed on tayawin8 are subject to these Terms and any additional game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market. tayawin8 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where: (a) a technical error has affected the game or odds; (b) the Wager would exceed applicable bet limits; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular betting patterns.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, tayawin8 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the relevant stakes. tayawin8 will not be liable to pay winnings derived from a manifest error, even where the error was not immediately apparent at the time the Wager was placed.
Live dealer games on tayawin8 are streamed from certified third-party studios. Decisions made by live dealers are final and binding subject to the applicable studio's game rules. tayawin8 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the User's end that may result in disconnection during a live game session. If disconnection occurs mid-round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game result recorded at the studio level.
tayawin8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only the cash equivalent earned by satisfying the wagering requirement is withdrawable.
tayawin8 strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any other conduct that tayawin8 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and derived winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.
tayawin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a User's Account under the original promotional terms.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
tayawin8 reserves all rights and remedies available under Philippine law against Users who engage in prohibited conduct, including immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
All content on the tayawin8 Platform — including but not limited to the tayawin8 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, interface design, written content, and promotional materials — is the property of tayawin8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of tayawin8.
tayawin8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayawin8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any other commercial or non-commercial loss.
tayawin8's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tayawin8's liability for death or personal injury caused by tayawin8's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting tayawin8 support via in-platform live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified, withdrawable balance in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
tayawin8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) the User has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; (c) tayawin8 is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order; (d) tayawin8 reasonably believes that continued Account operation poses a financial, reputational, or compliance risk to the Platform.
Upon termination of an Account, all Bonus Funds, pending bonuses, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances in verified Accounts will be returned subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or review processes. tayawin8 shall retain records of closed Accounts as required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between a User and tayawin8 relating to the Platform or these Terms, the User is encouraged to contact tayawin8 support in the first instance via in-platform live chat. tayawin8 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, the outcome of which shall be binding on both parties.
tayawin8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not affect User rights) may take effect immediately.
Continued use of the tayawin8 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
